A major benefit to this program is the high level of support and encouragement that the Memory Wellness
Center’s team will provide to the family/caregiver. Staff members look at the illness and the impact it has upon the family/caregiver, and provide education and support.

The program also helps connect family members/caregivers with community services that will help meet their needs. These services may include adult-day care, respite care and referral for assistance with Medicare and Medicaid eligibility application(s), among others.
